Highland Lakes Democratic Women Meet

The new Webmaster for the Burnet County Democrats, Michael Steenbergen, is shown here with Shirley Schmidt, President of the Highland Lakes Democratic Women. They enjoyed lunch at Hidden Falls today at the regular meeting of the Democratic Women’s group as they listened to Bell County Democratic Party Chair Marianne Miller speak on the redistricting issue affecting candidate filing and voter registration, poll work, and conventions. YES, all the meetings of this group are fun as evidenced by the “stiff pose” of Michael and Shirley – two very active Burnet County Democrats.
